PillTime aims to deliver your medication five days before the start date - we’ll notify you when your parcel has been dispatched, along with any tracking information.

Can I request a delivery time?

We recommend downloading the Royal Mail app to receive real-time updates on your delivery. The app also allows you to adjust delivery preferences, which can be helpful if you’re not available to receive your items.
