    You can check your order status right from the PillTime app or online portal.
  2. For Orders Placed Within the Last Five Days
    The app will show whether your GP has authorised your request.
  3. For Orders Over Five Days Old
    Log into your online account at PillTime Portal and check under ‘Recent Orders.’
  4. Still Awaiting Approval?
    If your request hasn’t been approved, feel free to contact your GP surgery for assistance.
