How does PillTime know when I need my repeat medication?
After signing up, PillTime manages your repeat medication schedule as follows:
Initial Order Timing
If it’s within 10 days of signing up, you don’t need to notify us. We’ll prepare, pouch, and deliver your medication once we receive your prescription, typically within 10 days.
Ongoing Orders
We’ll continue to deliver your medication at regular intervals based on your initial delivery date, ensuring you receive each order on time.
Need Medication Sooner?
If you need medication within 10 days of signing up, we recommend using a local pharmacy initially. We’ll start our service with the following cycle.
