I Signed Up and Ordered My Prescription, but You Haven't Received It. What Should I Do?

If we haven’t received your prescription, follow these steps:

  1. Check with Your GP
    First, confirm that your GP has approved the prescription order.

  2. Use the PillTime Prescription Ordering App
    Download the app to easily view your prescription status and see if the GP has approved it.

  3. Contact Your GP if Needed
    If the order hasn’t been approved, reach out to your GP surgery to expedite the process.

  4. Check Your PillTime Account
    If approved, log in to your PillTime online account and check under ‘Recent Orders’ for any new prescriptions in progress.

Please Note
It may take up to 24 hours for the order to be clinically checked by our pharmacist and appear in your account.
