I Signed Up and Ordered My Prescription, but You Haven't Received It. What Should I Do?
If we haven’t received your prescription, follow these steps:
Check with Your GP
First, confirm that your GP has approved the prescription order.
Use the PillTime App
Download the app to easily view your prescription status and see if the GP has approved it.
Contact Your GP if Needed
If the order hasn’t been approved, reach out to your GP surgery to expedite the process.
Check Your PillTime Account
If approved, log in to your PillTime app and check under ‘Recent Orders’ for any new prescriptions in progress.
