If your delivery status shows as "delivered" but you can’t locate the package, please try the following:

  1. Check Nearby Locations
    Royal Mail delivers to within 50 meters of the postcode, so check any possible safe places around your property and with neighbors in case the parcel was left there.

  2. Contact Us for Assistance
    If you still can’t find your delivery, call us at 0800 074 3303, and we’ll assist you further.
