PillTime Returns Policy Update – Effective 14th October 2024

We are updating our returns policy to ensure full compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) guidelines and to strengthen the audit trail as part of our commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Changes Effective 14th October 2024:

Requesting a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us with a list of the medications and quantities you wish to return.
We will review your request to confirm that the items are eligible for return and respond with a confirmation, including a reference number.

Updated Return Address Label:
We will provide you with a new label template that includes our address and your unique reference number.

Pre-Paid Postage:
Please note that pre-paid postage is no longer available, as we are unable to track parcels sent via this method.

Shipping Your Return:
You will need to arrange the shipment of your return to PillTime using the provided label.

Return Confirmation:
Upon receiving your parcel, we will verify its contents and send you a confirmation receipt. This receipt can be used for CQC audit purposes.

Nursing Home Returns Policy:
Returns from nursing homes are not accepted unless covered under specific contracts.

We appreciate your cooperation in following the updated process. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
