If you receive an acute prescription from your doctor, PillTime strives to dispatch it within 72 hours, and these items will be sent in their original packaging.

If you need the order more urgently, please call us at 0800 074 3303, and we can arrange for your prescription to be released so you can pick it up from any local pharmacy the same day.

For emergency items prescribed, PillTime recommends that you collect them directly from a local pharmacy to avoid waiting for up to 72 hours for delivery.

If you need assistance with this, please contact us at 0800 074 3303, and we can arrange for the prescription to be released for immediate collection from a local pharmacy.
