What should I do if I think there is missing medication?

What should I do if I think there is missing medication?

  1. Check the Delivery Paperwork
Review the paperwork included with your PillTime delivery to see if there is any note indicating that we were unable to send all of your medication. Sometimes, we may not have all your items in stock at the time of dispatch. In such cases, a note will be included with your shipping document explaining that the medication will be sent once available, usually within a couple of days.

  2. Check Your Online Account
Log into your online account and go to the ‘Recent Orders’ section. Here, you can view the medications we received a prescription for and confirm if any items were missing from the prescription sent by your GP surgery.

  3. Contact Your GP Surgery if Needed
If you don’t see the missing medication in your PillTime account and haven’t received a notification about delayed stock, it’s possible that the prescription wasn’t received. In this case, please reach out to your GP surgery to confirm that they issued the prescription.
