What should I do if I think there is a missing item?

  1. Check your PillTime delivery to see if there is any paperwork to let you know that we have not been able to send all of your medication, as we may not have everything in stock.
  2. In these instances, a note will be included with your shipping note to let you know this item will be sent when it is available. This is normally within a couple of days.
  3. Alternatively, check your online account in the 'Recent Orders' section and view the items we received a prescription for to see if the medication was received from the surgery.
  4. If not, contact the GP Surgery to ask for a prescription.
