Can I use this service without an email address as I don't have access to the internet?
PillTime is an online pharmacy and our app requires you to use your NHS login, which requires an email address. In addition we encourage patients to track their orders and deliveries through their online account so internet access is needed.
Welsh or Scottish patient
PillTime is not currently available to patients in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, as they do not use the electronic prescription service and use paper prescriptions instead.
