Is the service free of charge?

PillTime's service is free of charge. If you pay for your prescriptions, the NHS fee cost still stands. However, there is no additional charge fo our personalised pouches and delivery. If you do not pay for your prescriptions, please be sure to let us know what your exemption status is. Alternatively, you can update this information by logging into your patient account on our website.
