I signed up and ordered my prescription but you have not got it?

In the first instance, check that the GP has approved your order. We recommend downloading the PillTime Prescription Ordering App, as you can see if the GP has approved it. If the order has not been approved, please contact your GP surgerey. If the request has been approved, log into your online PillTime account and check your 'Recent Orders'. Any new processing prescriptions will show here. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the order to be clinically checked by the Pharmacist and be added to your account.
