What happens if I’m not in?

If you are unlikely to be home or cannot get to the door, please let our team know. We can arrange for your medication to be delivered to an alternative address, such as a trusted neighbour or work address. We recommend that you download the Yodel app so you receive regular updates about your delivery and some services allow you to update your delivery preferences which is helpful if you are not going to be available to take delivery of your items.
