Who Will Deliver My Medication?

PillTime partners with various couriers to ensure your medication is delivered safely and efficiently, with most packages delivered by Yodel. To stay updated on your delivery, we recommend downloading the Yodel app, which provides regular updates and allows you to modify your delivery preferences if you won’t be available to receive your items.

Do You Send My Delivery Straight Away?
Once we receive your repeat prescription, it typically takes around ten days to prepare, pouch, and dispatch your order. We align deliveries with your medication cycle to ensure continuous coverage. If you need your medication sooner, please contact please contact us using the details below.

When Will I Get My Delivery?
PillTime aims to deliver your medication before the start of your next repeat prescription cycle, ensuring you have your medication on hand when needed.

Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?
Currently, we are unable to arrange deliveries for specific days or times. However, we will inform you when your parcel has been dispatched and provide any available tracking details. For up-to-date delivery information and to adjust preferences, we recommend using the Yodel app.

How Do I Track My Delivery?
Once your medication has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Keep in mind that courier tracking systems may not show updates immediately until the package is scanned. For real-time updates and the ability to make delivery changes, use courier apps such as the Yodel app. Additionally, you can log in to Your Account on our website to track your order.

What Happens If I’m Not In?
If you know you won’t be home or able to answer the door, please inform our team. We can arrange for your medication to be delivered to an alternative address, such as a trusted neighbor’s house or your workplace. The Yodel app is helpful for staying updated and modifying delivery preferences.

Why Can’t I Collect My Medication?
As an online pharmacy, PillTime does not have physical premises for in-person collection. If you prefer to pick up your medication, we recommend using a local pharmacy for your prescriptions.

How Will My Insulin Be Delivered?
Insulin will be sent in refrigerated packaging via 24-hour tracked delivery to ensure it remains at the required temperature during transit.

If Your Delivery Status Shows "Delivered" But You Can’t Find It
If your delivery status shows "delivered" but you cannot find your package:

  • Check all safe places within 50 meters of your postcode.
  • Ask your neighbours if they have received it on your behalf.

Damaged Delivery?
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a damaged delivery. To help us resolve the issue, please take photos of the damaged items and send them to customerservices@pilltime.co.uk. This will aid our investigation and ensure a prompt resolution.

Going on Holiday?
If you’re planning to travel and may run out of medication, please order your prescription in advance and inform your surgery about the reason for your early order. Notify us as well so we can prepare your prescription early. PillTime requires approximately 10-14 days to process and dispatch your order. If you need your medication in less than 14 days, we recommend visiting a local pharmacy for immediate assistance.
