How do I track my delivery?

I'm expecting a delivery, how can I track its status?

When your medication is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking details and the courier tracking code. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately visible, as updates are only available once the courier has scanned the package into their system.

For Real-Time Updates
We recommend downloading the Yodel App, which provides real-time updates and allows you to make changes to your delivery if needed.

To track your parcel you’ll need your tracking number and your delivery postcode or get delivery updates on the go, including a two hour delivery window for every Yodel delivery by downloading the Yodel Parcel Tracker app.
