What photos do I need to provide?
To verify your weight and identity, we ask for:
- Two selfies: one front-facing and one
side-facing.
- A valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or
Passport.
How to take your selfies:
To make sure your photos meet our requirements, please:
- Take one front-facing and one side-facing selfie
so we can assess your body shape.
- If possible, include a full-length image (head
to toe).
- Wear fitted clothing to make sure your body
shape is visible (avoid loose or bulky outfits).
- Use a light-coloured background for better
visibility.
- Make sure your photos are clear, well-lit, and
free from shadows or obstructions.
- Write today’s date on a piece of paper and hold
it up when taking your photos to confirm they were taken on the day of
submission.
Following these steps will help us process your
prescription quickly.
